The Best Ways to Travel to La Plagne

Self-Drive

From our experience, self-driving is a great way of getting to La Plagne, especially if you live in the South of England. It takes approximately 9h 30mins to reach La Plagne from Calais (it is approximately 597 miles).

We recommend that you use an AA route planner which you can access and print online (www.theaa.com).

Self-driving is also a very cost efficient way of travelling. In our experience the return journey should cost about £75 each for 4 passengers travelling in a car. This includes the channel crossings, petrol and motorway toll charges!
