We hope that you will enjoy your holiday with us as much as they have.


We are finally home in rainy Oxfordshire and I wanted to get straight on to you to thank you for what we have decided is our best ever family holiday! The chalet was perfect, the food delicious, the pre-organisation helpful, friendly and nothing too much trouble.

I would especially like to mention Ellen and Tim – what a find! They could not have done more for us. They were great with the kids and so accommodating and helpful. I could go on and on – I am now going to go and see how we can afford to come back next year!

Once again, many thanks John and we will hopefully be in touch again soon!

Just a quick note to say how impressed we were with the service you and your staff provided during our recent skiing holiday in La Plagne. Everyone had a fantastic holiday which featured a number of highlights not least the food and service provided by the chalet staff. As you can imagine everyone was pretty depressed come Monday morning in the wet snowless playground!

Can you please pass on our thanks to the staff as we ended up leaving the chalet pretty quickly and not everyone got to thank them personally.

We would have no problem in booking a holiday with Savoie Holidays in the future and similarly would be more than happy to recommend yourselves to any friends.

I particularly want to praise all your personnel who did an excellent job in looking after us - especially the chalet staff. They worked extremely hard to cook and clean for the chalet, as well as being very approachable and a goldmine of useful information.

I cannot explain in words at just how amazing the week was. Ok the weather was not the best that we have ever had, but we can't control that. The skiing was incredible, with pretty much everyone improving immensely. The staff were amazing, both incredibly nice people who could not do enough for us. The food was out of this world, we all looked forward to every meal time for the food and the banter, especially having them in the room as part of the group where it was as if we had known them all of our lives. I cannot praise them enough. We will be mailing them direct to tell them the same thing, but please do pass on our sincerest thanks to them.

The chalet itself was spot on. The large living room area, with all its seating was perfect for a group like us, it made going out at night a chore (especially for me being a tee total). It was always perfectly presented which coupled with everything else made it the best ski holiday we have ever been on. This was the general coconscious of everyone, not just me and Em.

2 hour flight, 3 hour transfer, 7 days of great food, good company and superb skiing. The chalet staff are lovely hosts could not ask for anything more... apart for two weeks!

After spending last week recovering and wishing that I was still in the Alps, I thought that it was about time to say a massive thank you from all of us.

Your help organizing the trip was fantastic and although we had a few issues with numbers, I really appreciated your understanding.

I also need to mention the chalet staff, we all agreed that they were best chalet hosts any of us had ever had.

Not only was the food excellent and the chalet was always immaculate, they were also good fun and always had time to help.

If you ever need any references for the website etc then let me know.
